In Luke 24, after Jesus’s resurrection, two disciples walked to Emmaus, discussing the recent events. Unrecognized by them, Jesus joined and began explaining the Scriptures concerning Himself. As they reflected on this encounter, they realized how their hearts burned with a renewed understanding and passion. This “holy heartburn” signifies the deep, emotional, and spiritual response to the revelation of God's Word of truth.
