Easy Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Refunds/Exchanges: Once we receive your return, we’ll promptly process a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange.

How Returns Work

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days  after we receive your return.
  

• View order by signing into account and complete return request. We will email you within 2 business days to advise when return is accepted and how to return unused merchandise. Please note refund will not be sent until return is received.
